By accessing or using BigΔx services, including BigΔx QAV (Quantum Antivirus) and BigFx AI Firewall, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

BigΔx provides quantum-assisted cybersecurity solutions including:

• BigΔx QAV: Quantum-assisted antivirus with hybrid classical+quantum ML detection
• BigFx AI Firewall: AI guardrails for LLMs and agents with policy runtime
• Related APIs, documentation, and support services

Services are provided on a subscription basis and may include beta or early access programs with additional terms.

You agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Report security vulnerabilities responsibly

BigΔx and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the services, including all intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services in accordance with these terms.

You retain ownership of your data and content, but grant us necessary rights to provide our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BigΔx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate these terms at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
